Eligibility: Returned items must be in original packaging and condition, with the order receipt included. Returns not meeting these standards may be refused.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us right away with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the item and packaging.
Processing Time: Instead of a refund to the original payment method, we will provide a store credit for the full amount of the returned item. After we receive and process your return, you will receive a one-time discount code via email for the credited amount to be used on any future purchase in our store.
Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Order Changes or Cancellations: To modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours. Shipped orders cannot be changed or canceled.
